Terms of Service
▶ Payment Method
- Payment invoice will be sent via PayPal.
- Client has to pay full price upfront after final sketch approval.
- Major revisions only allowed during sketching stage. Minor revisions allowed after final sketch approval.
- No refunds or cancellations, except if the artwork is not completed beyond the estimated timeframe.
▶ Work Timeframe
- Artworks will be finished up to 2-4 weeks after payment, depending on work queue and level of detail.
- Work timeframe may change depending on circumstances, but I will inform all clients as soon as possible.
- I will update the client once per week for progress report.
- Works in progress will be posted in a Trello board for tracking, unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested.
- In cases where the commission may not be completed in time, I will inform the client as soon as possible. If the work exceeds 2 months, a refund may be requested.
▶ I have the right to deny a commission.
▶ Client is not allowed to use the artwork or any other one of my artworks for NFTs or any project related to the sale or promotion of cryptocurrency.
▶ Client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork or any other one of my artworks in the creation of AI art or any project related to the sale or promotion of any form of AI art.
▶ Any artwork commissioned for non-commercial use cannot be used commercially.
▶ I have the right to stream the creation of the artwork on Twitch or in my Discord server unless the client states otherwise.
▶ I have the right to post the finished piece on my social media, unless the client states otherwise.
